RE: 2004-2008 NISSAN TITAN 4" LIFT SPINDLES

It has come to our attention that a company located in Anaheim / Orange County, CA has yet again knocked off one of our (CST) top notch fabricated lift spindles. This company has brought in an overseas imitation of our Nissan Titan 4" lift spindle. This spindle is a copy (poorly built) of the (CST) superior designed part. You will find this part being solicited as "just as good as" the High Quality part we (CST) build in the USA. CST employs hard working Americans and provides high level benefits to individuals that strive to build the best suspension products on the market. Below you will find features of the half priced knock off  product that should help explain why one would spend the extra money and not cut corners. In short from CST you will get a properly engineered product that has precise CNC machined and laser cut parts that are welded together buy top notch individuals. Your safety is a huge concern and CST products offer the comfort in knowing that no corners have been cut and our (CST) parts will hold up for the lifetime of the vehicle. We can assure you that these overseas built parts are not even close to right. Our engineers have examined and measured these parts finding many problems and concerns for you to know. If you have purchased these knock off parts be aware of the following. (also see pictures for examples)

#1 - Metal is porous and dented through out the entire piece. These are signs of low quality metal being used in the construction of this part. .

#2 - Ball joint tapers are not the correct depth verses stock and this will change the geometry of the arm location.  

#3 - Hub mounting surface is not flat all the way through, which can not only damage the hub but cause steering and alignment issues.

#4 - Brake tabs are not aligned with each other and are also not aligned with the hub properly. The specific set we had our hands on, one brake tab was almost a complete 1/8" off.  

#5 - Main body is constructed with 3/16" material where the CST part is built with 1/4" high grade steel.

There is no justification to the purchase of this part and you should take all aspects of this letter into consideration before your purchase. CST prides itself in building superior designed and innovative parts and will continue to bring new and exciting products to the table.
